The internal drive part has controlled up and down reciprocating motion, and generates a series of pressure changes at the bottom of the hole by changing the interceptor area between the mushroom head and the flow limiting ring at the top of the puller, forming a positive pulse signal, and outputs downhole measurement data to the surface decoding system through the pressure wave of drilling fluid.
