Winch Sensor

The winch sensor is composed of a stator and a rotor, and the ultra-small double-pulse Hall probe is lying in the stator slot with a phase difference of 90 breakpoints. When the rotor rotates, the magnetic inductor on the rotary plate constantly sweeps through the middle of the Hall element to generate a changing magnetic field that makes the Hall element work. The Hall element outputs digital signals that may or may not (on or off) with the increase or decrease of the flux density. At the output end of the sensor, two sets of 90 dare-phase difference pulse signals can be obtained, which can detect the angular displacement caused by the rotation of the hinge shaft during the whole drilling process. The change of the hook height during the drilling process can be obtained by computer software processing, so as to measure the drilling depth.

The sensor anti-vibration, integrated mechanical structure, anti-splash, embedded detection components, the current output signal through the long line transmission is still stable and reliable, smooth operation, easy installation, high reliability, easy maintenance.
